MomentumQ develops and provides proprietary software tools and trading indicators for market analysis and education.

Some features require registration. You must:

MomentumQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Pricing and billing terms are displayed during checkout or sign-up.
Payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (“Stripe”).
Stripe may collect and process payment details (card number, billing address, transaction data) for authorization and fraud prevention.
MomentumQ does not store or access full credit-card information.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Access expires at the end of the subscription period unless manually renewed.
Refunds are not provided after digital access is granted unless required by law.

The indicators and market analyses (“Information”) provided by MomentumQ GmbH do not constitute financial services or advice.
They are provided solely for educational and analytical purposes and do not guarantee accuracy or future results.
Trading and investing involve risk, including possible loss of capital.
Use of our products is at your own risk. MomentumQ GmbH is not liable for losses or damages arising from use or reliance on its products or information.

Community participation (e.g., Discord) requires respectful conduct and compliance with community rules.

MomentumQ operates from Switzerland and targets Swiss users.
We do not actively market financial products abroad.
Foreign users accessing our services do so on their own initiative (reverse solicitation).
We make no representation that our products are lawful outside Switzerland.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
